Project Communications Summary
Communication frequency with project stakeholders will vary through out the project.
From project kickoff to the beginning of project execution, bi-weekly meetings will be held on Tuesdays from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM PST with the CTO, VP HR, and Project Manager. Meeting will be held in meeting room A1 and project manager will email meeting minutes within one business day of end of meeting.
Once the project transitions to the execution and monitor and control phase, meeting will be held every week. Meetings will alternate between sprint retrospective, where the mobile team will demonstrate the latest incremental changes, and backlog refinement meetings. All meetings will be held Tuesdays between 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM PST in meeting room A1, and all stakeholders will be invited.
